Moving Away From Your Comfort Zone
It is always good to stay in a place where you feel comfortable. Yet, staying there too long can make you forget how to pursue your other dreams ... because you have felt too comfortable to move on.
Let us do this exercise together:
- Write down a desire you have been putting off (as you rather stay in your own comfort zone).
- List the consequences that will affect you if you don't start moving toward your desire.
* Your feeling
* What will you miss out on
* Will it affect your confidence now and in future
* Will it detract you from your present success
- List the benefits of taking actions towards your desire.
* How will this desire enhance your life
* How will it affect your confidence now and in future
* Your feeling should the actions are taken
* Will it add greater joy, freedom and aliveness in your life
* Will you be able to experience greater success and properity tha you already have
Moving away from your comfortable zone takes time and commitment. You will need to be patient.

Emotions You Do Not Express
We all have emotions that we habitually suppress. There are no good or bad feelings or emotions. The feelings or emotions are destructive only when they are suppressed or denied.
Check if the feelings or emotions you do not express are here:
- compassion - frustration - happiness
- trust - disappointment - passion
- faith - hurt - embarrassment
- joy - fear - guilt
- peace - grief - jealousy
- gratitude - humble - tolerence
You should release all your emotions. You will drain your creative energy when you still hang onto the past and reliving every hurtful moment.

What Is Your wage?
We all ask for a wage for every good job we do in our lives. What is your wage?
Let's hear what Jessie B. Rittenhouse has to say about this:
My Wage
I bargained with life for a penny,
And life would pay no more,
However, I begged at evening,
When I counted my scanted score.
For life is a just employer,
Who gives you what you ask,
But once you have set the wages,
Why, then you must bear the task.
I worked with a menial's hire,
Only to learn, dismayed,
That any wage that I had asked of life,
Life would have willingly paid.

The Wise Says ....
What is the wisdom of enlightenment?
He who knows not, and knows not that he
knows not - is a fool, shun him;
He who knows not, and knows that he knows
not - is a child, teach him.
He who knows, and knows not that he
knows - is asleep, wake him.
He who knows, and knows that he
knows - is wise, follow him.

Quitting Isn't Easy
It isn't easy to quit smoking or gambling. However, it is easy to quit living. There are so many ways to quit your life. people talk about them all the time. However, remember that you have lived quite some time to quit now.
Edgar A Guest has something to share:
No One is Beat 'til He Quits
No one is beat 'til he quits,
No one is throuh til he stops,
No matter how failure hits,
No matter how often he drops,
See, a fellar's not down 'til he lies
In the dust and refuses to rise.
Fate can slam him and bang him around,
And batter his frame 'til he's sore,
But it never can say he's downed,
While he bobs up serenely for more.
See a fellar's not dead 'til he dies,
Nor beat 'til he no longer tries.
See how difficult it is to die? When you are dying, you'll think of all the good thing you live behind and you want to live again! Yes, to be alive is good!

Who Is The Winner?
Do you know who always wins at the end of the day? He is not someone with great power or knowledge. He is just an ordinary man, like you and I.
The Man Who Wins
The man who wins is an average man,
Not built on any particular plan;
Not blessed with any particular luck,
Just steady and earnest and full of pluck.
The man who wins is the man who works,
Who neither labour nor trouble shirks;
Who uses his hands, his head, his eyes.
The man who wins in the man who tries.

Questioning Yourself
Questions you need to ask yourself today:
- Do I enjoy doing what I'm doing now?
- Am I competent in what I'm doing now?
- Can I be successful in what I'm doing now?
- Am I improving and moving forward?
- Is this constructive to my future?
You need to be very clear minded when you ask yourself these questions. Write down the answers and ponder on them.
You will know what to do next.

Be In Control
No matter what you do, you must be in control.
What can you control?
- Your emotions
- Your attitudes
- Your inner dialogues
- Your thoughts
- Your food intake
- Your desires
- Your motives
- Your feelings
Nobody can tell you what to do now and forever, only you can do that yourself. When you start to accept yourself as who you are, you will be able to be in control. You will know what you want and need. You will also reject what you do not want and need at the same time!
